These terms explain the role of website information, admissions content, future-location updates, external links and intellectual property.
1. Information purpose
Website content is general information for families exploring KSS. It does not replace professional educational, clinical, medical or legal advice and does not create an offer, contract or guarantee.
2. Admissions and placement
Submitting an enquiry, attending a visit or completing an assessment does not guarantee a place. Placement depends on individual suitability, class availability, group fit and current support capacity.
3. Coming Soon locations
Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur are future-location notices. Joining an update list is not an application, reservation, confirmed opening date or promise that a particular programme will be offered.
4. Programmes, hours and fees
Details may change. The current offer letter, Programme Guide, Fee Schedule and parent agreement take priority over general website content for a specific intake.
5. Accuracy and external links
KSS aims to keep information clear and current but some details require direct confirmation. External services such as maps, email and WhatsApp are governed by their own terms and availability.
6. Intellectual property and learner privacy
Website text, branding and media may not be copied or reused without permission. Learner images and personal information must not be downloaded, identified, republished or used to infer a diagnosis.
7. Prohibited use

- Republishing learner media
- Misrepresenting an affiliation with KSS
