Understanding current fit
Who may be suitable for KSS?
KSS considers children who need a smaller, more structured school environment. Suitability is based on the individual child, group fit, safety and current support capacity—not a diagnosis alone.
What age and level do you accept?
Age range, school level and intake availability may vary by year and location. Contact Admissions for the current intake before completing a full application.
Does my child need a diagnosis?
Existing reports are helpful but a diagnosis alone does not decide placement. The school needs to understand learning, communication, participation and support needs.
Will every child with autism, ADHD or GDD be accepted?
No label automatically accepts or excludes a child. Every decision considers whether support can be provided consistently and safely within an available group.

Curriculum, IEP and support
Which curriculum does KSS use?
KSSR Special Education provides the academic foundation, connected with IEP goals, communication, social participation, regulation and daily living skills.
What is an IEP?
An Individualised Education Plan organises meaningful priorities, teaching strategies, evidence of progress and review decisions for a specific learner.
Which languages are used?
Bahasa Melayu and English are used according to the subject, learner understanding and communication priorities. Instructions may be simplified or visualised.
How many learners are in a class?
KSS prioritises smaller groups. Actual size depends on learner profiles, support needs, educator capacity and the proposed class at that time.
Does KSS provide therapy?
KSS is a school environment. Teaching may be therapy-informed, but school lessons are not automatically clinical therapy and any clinical role must be clearly identified.
How is progress shared?
Progress may be shown through observation, work samples, portfolios and IEP evidence. Admissions will explain the current reporting and review schedule.

What programme options are available?
School Programme runs to 1:00 PM, Extended to 3:00 PM and Full-Day to 6:00 PM. Current Friday and meal details are confirmed directly.
How is a programme selected?
The team considers stamina, regulation, learning priorities, meal and self-care support, group fit and the family’s practical needs.
Are meals provided?
Meal arrangements differ by programme and current plan. Allergies, food sensitivities and feeding needs must be shared before the learner starts.
Can the school administer medication?
Medication and emergency plans must be discussed in writing. Do not send medication without clear instructions and agreement.
How do drop-off and collection work?
Learners use the designated entrance and are released only after authorised collector checks. Changes should be reported in advance.

Information that can change by intake
How much are the fees?
Request the current Fee Schedule with its effective date, programme and location. Admissions will explain the components before an offer is accepted.
Which school campuses are open?
KSS currently has open school campuses in Alam Impian and Kota Damansara. Programme and intake availability may differ.
Is Setia Alam a school campus?
No. Setia Alam is the Kizzu Kids group headquarters and is not presented as a KSS school campus.
Can I reserve a future-location place?
No. Families may join updates for Putrajaya or Kuala Lumpur, but the list is not an application or reservation.
Visits & safety
Understanding the environment and raising concerns
Can we visit before applying?
Yes. Visits are arranged in advance so families can ask questions while the school protects current learners’ privacy and routines.
What should we bring to a visit?
Bring your questions and any information that helps explain the child’s learning, communication, health or current routine. Full documents can follow later.
How do I report a safety concern?
Use the school’s designated contact and state that the matter involves safety or safeguarding. Immediate danger should be reported to the appropriate emergency service.
Will a complaint affect placement?
A family should be able to raise a genuine concern without retaliation. Safety and complaints should be handled through a recordable process.
